Return and Exchange Policy

At Nuggela & Sule, we have established a set of return and exchange terms that all customers should review:

• Customers have the right to request modifications to their order within 24 hours of placing it.
• Exchanges are permitted within 7 days, and returns are allowed within 3 days only.
• The store reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return if the product packaging has been opened or if the product has been used.
• The store also reserves the right to deny requests if the product is damaged due to misuse.
• Customers have the right to return the product to the store if there are manufacturing defects.
